We proactively cooperate with authorities and regulators to achieve and maintain a favorable standard of risk, management, respect and transparency.

 

We frequently review our policies and procedures and offer training that reflects legal, regulatory requirements and good market practices for our employees.

We follow industry best practices, adhering to the laws and regulations of all jurisdictions in which we operate.

Influence monitoring

Gifts, donations and invitations to events received or offered are monitored and approved by the Compliance department, always following internal rules.

 

Information storage

Our data record is an important asset of FGL Global Logistics and, as such, must be secured and protected from unauthorized access or loss. Ensuring the quality of information in our records increases the security and quality of business processes and reduces damage.

 

Conflicts of interest

We identify, avoid or manage conflicts of interest always using maximum transparency. In general, our customers have priority over FGL and FGL has priority over its employees.

Reporting channel

We count on a safe and direct reporting channel to receive denounces of improper or suspicious conducts that may violate applicable laws, rules or norms in connection with FGL business involving our employees and suppliers. This includes denounces involving corruption and other illicit acts as foreseen in anti-corruption law 12846/2013. All information is treated confidentially, and we guarantee anonymity of the reporting party and no sanctions or retaliations for those using this channel in good faith.
